Website age confirmation is not proof of eligibility to purchase; bring valid photo identification to the store. Do not use the site to obtain products for anyone under 21.

This page provides store information and announcements. It does not accept product orders, reservations, online payment, shipping, or delivery requests. Purchases take place in person at our Rainbow City location, subject to age checks and applicable law. A message, signup, or availability inquiry does not place an order or guarantee inventory.

Licensing, listings, and availability

Our specialty-vape and consumable-hemp license announcement describes state retail licensing. A license or listing in Alabama’s ENDS directory is not FDA approval, a safety certification, or a claim that a product is risk-free. The ENDS directory applies to the listed vape products, not our hemp selection.

New and returning offerings depend on current law, registry status, supply, and stock. No particular brand, variant, return date, or weekly registry addition is promised. Call or visit for current availability. Product information is not medical advice, and we make no claim that a product treats disease or reduces health risks.

Email and customer support

Email signup is voluntary and separate from shopping or creating an account. By selecting the email checkbox and submitting the form, you request the updates described beside it. You may withdraw that request through the email choices page or the unsubscribe method in a marketing email. We do not send marketing texts.

If you use optional account or chat features, protect your sign-in information and send only information needed for support. We may limit abusive or unlawful use. Do not impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or try to bypass access controls.

The Tasty Haze name, logo, and website materials belong to their respective owners. Do not misrepresent affiliation or reuse protected material without permission unless the law permits it. Links to maps, state registries, or other sites are provided for convenience and do not mean those sites endorse us.

We try to keep information accurate, but the site may be unavailable and information may need correction. Nothing here limits a remedy or right that applicable law does not allow us to limit. These terms do not impose arbitration or a waiver of class-action rights.
