Email signup

When you join, we collect your email address, your confirmation that you are 21 or older, your request for launch, store, and product-update emails, and the signup date. We record the signup wording version so we can distinguish these requests from earlier launch-only signups. Joining is optional and is not required to shop in store.

An email-list signup does not create a Rewards account or give permission for marketing texts. Earlier launch-only signups keep their original scope. Submitting an address already on the list does not change its recorded preferences.

Age confirmation and customer chat

The entry age check uses the birth date you type in your browser and saves an age-confirmation cookie. That entry form does not send or store your birth date on our server. This is a website access check; staff still require valid identification in store.

If customer chat is available and you choose to create an account, that separate form collects your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. We use our Shelf Vault store system and Supabase authentication to manage your account, age eligibility, messages, and customer support. Messages and any details you choose to provide are available to authorized staff. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, or identity-document images in chat.

For signed-in customers who have confirmed their age, the site records recent visit activity in our store system. This activity request does not include a page address. It is skipped when the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. If you turn on optional page sharing in chat, the current supported page is shared with staff while that feature is active; you can stop it in chat.

Hosting, analytics, and providers

Vercel hosts the website. Supabase stores the separate email list and provides account authentication. Shelf Vault handles customer accounts and support. Vercel Web Analytics measures website visits; Cloudflare Web Analytics may measure page performance when enabled. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and errors.

The email form does not put your email address in a page URL or analytics event. These analytics integrations do not use advertising cookies. We do not sell information collected by this page or share it for cross-site targeted advertising. Providers process information to operate these services; records may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address fraud or security incidents. External links, including maps and state websites, have their own privacy practices.

Retention and your choices

We keep signup information while it is needed for the updates you requested, and keep limited consent or opt-out records as needed to honor your choices and meet legal obligations. Account and support records may be retained for customer service, security, and legal requirements. Retention is based on those purposes, not a promise to keep every record indefinitely.

To ask for access, correction, deletion, or removal from the mailing list, call 1-855-827-3420 or write to Tasty Haze at 3335 Rainbow Dr, Rainbow City, AL 35906. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal records. Each marketing email must provide an unsubscribe method. You can request removal by contacting us even before any email has been sent. Stopping marketing does not prevent necessary account or service messages you separately request.

Adults only

This service is intended for adults 21 and older, not children. Do not submit information if you are under 21. If you believe an underage person has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and remove inappropriate records, subject to any legal preservation requirements.

Security and reporting a concern

We use access controls and server-side handling for signup requests and private service credentials. No website or communication system can guarantee complete security. Use the HTTPS version of tastyhaze.com, and never give anyone a password or verification code in response to an unexpected message.

Report suspected misuse or a privacy or security concern by calling 1-855-827-3420. Do not include passwords, payment details, or identification numbers in a report. We will assess incidents and provide notifications when applicable law requires them.

Updates and contact

We may update this notice as the website changes. The date above identifies this version. A materially different use of existing signup information requires an appropriate notice and permission where required; a policy edit alone does not expand earlier email consent.
